6、 Tank liquid maintenance
1. During the initial operation of opening a new groove, a yellow film will appear on the workpiece. Do more hanging, and when enough aluminum ions are generated in the groove liquid, the yellow film will automatically disappear< Br/>
2. It is necessary to be equipped with a freezer for cooling, and it must be controlled within 25 degrees Celsius. The most suitable temperature is 15-20 degrees Celsius
3. The Baume degree range is 10-18, and if it is below 13, additional whitening agents should be added
4. Tank liquid maintenance: When excessive impurities are found in the tank liquid, first scoop out the upper tank liquid for use and drain the lower impurity liquid; Just add a portion of the new liquid and mix it with the old liquid - this way, the tank can be changed every three months.
7、 Equipment
Using acid proof tanks. The optimal material is stainless steel 316, 304 or low-carbon steel with plastic inner layer or PVC.
8、 Security measures
This product is an acidic liquid, avoid direct contact. When handling, wear a mask, rubber gloves, and appropriate protective clothing. Rinse immediately after handling. If in contact with skin and eyes, rinse with plenty of water.
9、 Packaging
This product is packaged in plastic drums, with a net weight of 25 KG per drum. Avoid direct sunlight during storage.
